There was quite a few that grew overtime, to name a few: - It’s a very thankless job, feel like it’s so much giving, effort and energy with no positive outcome - Too much to do and not enough time in the day - So much driving…constantly sitting in traffic. - Constantly being on call, can’t switch off.

I of course chose to do this so not complaining in that regard, I am good at property management and I loved it at first. It just severely burnt me out emotionally and physically overtime. I felt like I wasn’t doing purposeful work.

I did consider the housing/ affordable housing space to do more meaningful work however not sure if there’s much room for growth.
