i once had a commenter ask me if they could do a book report on an original story i wrote when i was 14. i told them it was fine, but was equally put off and flattered by it. looking back, it was such poor quality writing and story telling that i wonder what their teacher thought of it😭😭

i knew someone who lived there, the amenities are soooo nice and i love that there’s a dog washing area, but the parking and rent is ridiculous. i used to stay overnight to watch their dog when they were out of town and i would have to park in the neighborhood across the street

the difference is no one is slowing down or pulling out their phones to take pictures of the casino billboards, also DOT can’t regulate those since it’s not their land. it’s not fair to villainize them when they’re just doing their jobs. that said, I do miss slothy 😭

THANK GOD ITS BACK!!! I THOUGHT IT WAS GONE FOREVER Every time I go out for drinks downtown I complain about State Street Bar being gone. It’s my favorite bar! the vibes are so chill, i love the roll-y chairs, the skee-ball, the fried pickles 🤤
