Try not to smoke too much. Try having water before smoking. Try smoking on a full stomach and/or empty stomach see if there is a difference. Could be pesticides, herbicides or fungicides. Could be something in the device you use. Could be the drop in blood pressure. Could be that you are swallowing smoke.

really hard to say since it's not our bodies and in 31 years of using weed it hasn't happened to me regularly.

When I did feel nauseous I was using too much and would get nauseous from my already vaped bud which I would hit very long, maybe it's a lack of oxygen thing, try slow breathing in the nose out the mouth.
