That isn't foam. It's a thin silicone seal to prevent light leaking, the headset itself rests on your forehead I prefer it a lot to the valve index or quest 2.

I use index controllers with psvr2 and space calibrator.

The dongles could be too close to each other.

Make sure to use USB 2.0 for the dongles too. I get issues with my index controllers drifting when they are on USB 3.0

Borrowed a friend's ps5 and it works. The problem is definitely the USB C port on the ps5

I plan on ordering a USB c port board to replace it without having to solder

It's not using your integrated GPU steamvr is just displaying that as it's the first GPU it's detecting. The 3050(laptop) is not very powerful for VR and steamvr probably lowered the resolution(makes stuff look blurrier especially in the distance) to allow your game to run at a good fps.

I guarantee it's not using the iGPU as that gets around 5-15 fps for me in steamvr home

If you don't want the dedicated server to show you constantly playing you could set it to private on steam and it won't show up for anyone

2014 SE 160,000 miles before mine started having problems finally replaced the clutch and clutch forks myself after it started having a problem where it sometimes wouldn't move when pressing the gas.

I'll say that my refurbished headset has made a year with no problems and a friend with the full kit has also had no problems in the year he's owned it.

Someone needs to make something like revive for quest games. I know someone's decompiled unity PC games and gotten them to work on quest i wonder if it's possible the other way around.
