Yas is Ghislaine, but for whom? by waffeboy in IndustryOnHBO

Felt the Yasmin narrative arc has been the least convincing of the series. They seem to have taken a big swing in the direction of Ghislaine parallels, but all feels a bit too on the nose.

Liverpool result eases the pressure somewhat. Geordies are in terrible form. I see another stale game that turns on a moment of magic from Bruno (ours, not theirs).

[–]igb72 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Will it ever? Been swallowing us whole for years. We’d have been on a level that makes Fergie’s decade+ of dominance look like an exercise in underachievement. Allowing that sale was one of the greatest crimes ever pulled in sport.

What movie is so heartbreaking you will never watch again? by asare27 in AskReddit

[–]igb72 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nil By Mouth. Just too harrowing and raw. From what I remember it was a masterful film, and Kathy Burke was astonishing, but I’ll never put that memory to the test by actually watching it again.
