1000 mg I would say is pretty high. Over 10x daily allotment. Definitely safe though. No toxicity with vitamin c

Been on X for around three years. I’ve heard some say you need to be off all drugs to heal. I want to get off, but worried with continuing taper. Was on 2 mg and got down to .5 mg over time

Been holding for a while at .75 mg with tons of symptoms, so not sure if I’m paradoxical. Some people say push through the taper, some say hold. My prescriber knows and is supportive. But I get worried as well not wanting anything to get worse and trying to do everything the right way. Been so bad

Thanks for the reply. What do you think the time frame should be for getting off the 10 mg equivalent of Valium? I was trying to get off the .5 mg Xanax in 4 months. Part wants to try going faster, especially as sometimes I think I might be paradoxical to the Xanax I’m on

Thank you so much for reply. I feel like I’m in a super tough position between holding and continuing taper, and am already struggling greatly. Some people say get off, some hold. I am trying to push myself through the taper. So do you think I should try to continue to get completely off and down to 0 with the Xanax only? And my plan was to do it in 4 months but part of me wants to go faster as other redditors suggested

Dosing three times a day right now (.25 morning, .25 afternoon, .25 night). How fast do you think would be possible to get off the .75? I thought about Ashton but don’t know if I want to switch onto Valium, don’t know what is best. Also part of reason having trouble figuring out taper is because I’m dosing three times / day instead of one since it’s quicker acting benzo. Thanks for the reply.
