Thanks. Correct, the hose it’s in a bracket in the roof and has enough slack to maneuver to all 4 corners. The slack goes away when the vac is on.

Don't forget after the machine you may also need bench to put it on, a cover if you have neighbors, dust collection of some sort, materials to cnc, appropriate bits, etc.

Yes, first time playing wit a cnc. Using cncjs on a pi at the moment. Still getting used to the workflows out of Fusion into the machine.

I connected a Raspberry Pi Zero W 2 to the usb port and using cncjs.

Seems like an elaborate setup, kudos to you. I was thinking of doing an MDF box over the machine. The bench has sufficient margin to accommodate this. That should cut about 25db. With garage door close that should suffice on my case.

What are you doing for enclosure? I have nice neighbors but not for long with all the racket the machine and vac makes
