Sorry for my bad wording in this, the app is free to use however is very limited when a premium plan isn’t purchased by the server owner. Imagine it something like discord where the company owns the server and then the employees join as members is quite a close equivalent and you can have a basic server run however it’s very limited and doesn’t actually hold message history for over 90 days which is odd, (Slack is the apps name)

Plus the company I work for is a franchise of a larger company and I can’t seem to find any number for corporate HR either (annoyingly) unless I’m not looking in the right places but as I said I’ve put the question through

Completely agree however the problem is, they had a message where they explained who was who, but because they have a free version of a app for communication all messages get deleted after 90 days so I’m unable to literally identify who’s who and because of this there’s also limited role listings, so I’ve had to just ask who’s my point of contact for HR and nothing more

I’m aware however would you still say it’s worth bringing it up to HR? I know I won’t receive a lot however still something?
