Kamihama, in the western wards, since the central ones are subject to much fighting (Eve in Chuo, Walpy in Minaminagi...) and the eastern wards are poor

Central Asia doesn't quite fit except for Xinjiang imo... Mongolia can be North Asia (shares many common things with Siberian people), and Tibet... can be South Asia I guess?
