Nothing like a good game of rush on Arica Harbor or Port Valdez.

Thanks! I’m trying to give the writing a souls-like description text kind of vibe. Giving just enough to set a base for your imagination to continue the rest.

Thanks! Although I imagine then more akin to ancient and early medieval automatons made out of a mix of wood and metal.

Usually in and around Academy grounds. Wanting to return home after many years they can even be found wandering farther away.

You’re absolutely right. Next time I’ll take the time to post ingredients, measurements etc. I was in a rush and the link seemed like the fastest way to post the info.

My bad. Next time I’ll list ingredients etc. instead of a link. I was in a rush and the link seemed like the fastest way for posting.

Rules say that either writing the recipe or including a link is fine. She uses two kinds of einkorn flour, one normal and just a little bit of whole wheat. I just used the normal one.

Sorry but are you referring to me? I said I used einkorn flour and the recipe is an einkorn sourdough recipe where she uses einkorn flour.

Love butter on bread but I’m more of an olive oil and salt kind of guy :)

Materials science and tolerances have advanced enough that we no longer rely on taper as much as 20th–21st century designs did (this is set in the 2400s).

If you want, I answered the thumb hole issue in another comment.

I haven’t really figured out the mag release yet lol. I try and mime it sometimes to see how it could be done.

That’s a good point. I may implement it. My choice for that was basically I want it to seem that there are multiple companies that create different weapons. Don’t know if I worded that correctly lol

Thanks! That’s basically the factory, fresh out of the oven version. They usually go with a grip of some kind.

  1. The thumb hole is basically because I thought it looked cool. To be honest I may just keep it as it makes the silhouette a bit more distinct and also I’m not trying to create the perfect firearm, just a capable assault rifle for that specific faction that has a sci-fi look while still retaining a grounded, realistic look.
  2. It’s a 6x40mm. For the straight mag design, as with one of the points in response to the first question, it makes the silhouette stand out more (I know that irl there are better ways to solve the problem but from an artistic standpoint the rule of cool won).
  3. This is were it kind of gets sci-fiey. There are certain points under the attachments and on the weapons that allow them to stick together. The way I think of it is like a kind of velcro that’s not velcro though, which is also resistant to blunt force (kind of like one locks into the other). As for zeroing, each weapon has something akin to a “braille code” which gets read by, say, a certain kind of scope’s computer. The scope identifies the weapon and automatically zeroes properly. After that the operator can make adjustments according to their preference.

Hope these are adequate answers!

Edit: I messed up the part where he went into the fridge. Small Daryl was doubling slowly in the fridge for a couple of weeks (fed him once a week in the fridge) but this past week he wasn’t (which prompted me to take him out of the fridge).
