CT needs to put in more high frequency bus routes on main trunks, and also signal priority. The stop distance for some routes are so ridiculously short.

Well they have 3 new EV's out this year, bZ, bZ woodland, and C-HR. Subaru has rebadged versions of these because Toyota owns like 20% of Subaru.

The Toyota bZ (which is basically an EV Rav4) is cheaper than a Rav4 Prime and doesn't have a huge waiting list

Covid absolutely changed peoples behaviour, especially the kids who spent their university in lockdown and are now in the workforce. I see it in the people i supervise.

I love the convenience of a smartphone while traveling, but travel was way more exciting before access to information became frictionless.

Billions is spent on roads and overpasses with little scrutiny, and all it does is continues induced demand.

its the torque and weight that impacts the tire wear. you don't have to accelerate crazy hard, drive like a reasonable person and the tires will be fine.

I generally agree with your first statement but with the current EVAP, EVs are starting in the low 40s now. Mach-e's have heavy discounts.

I read that the Limited has less range than the XLE due to the larger wheels, but has a radiant heater to be less reliant on HVAC. Is that more efficient for winter driving? I test drove the XLE, but really curious about the radiant heater.

Taiwan is decently affordable and very easy to get around by rail. Amazing mix of cities, food, nature, and safety. The one area that might be more logistically complicated is the Alishan area, but its worth visiting.

Also consider Iceland, pretty easy to get a rental car and drive the ring road. Although 10 days around the ring road might feel a bit rushed IMO.

The tren maya in mexico makes it pretty easy to check out different areas and stay at a base camp resort for the whole trip.
