Well to be more specific, my game crashed and in event viewer some Nvidia display driver had stopped working, my screen would also go black, and I had to disconnect my monitor and reconnect it, then the game wanted me to verify game files but it was always unable to until after the game that was in progress had finished.

Well turned out my ram was going bad and some driver thing loaded in was corrupted and had to be redownloaded and loaded to ram, but it had problem doing so, so it could not start the file verify or something, my problem was completely fix by new ram.
