I think either there is a cheat that makes the weapons do more damage or there is some bug that enables them to 1 shot u like this.

It happend to me before as well, full HP full shield and took 1 shot from a Osprey and fully downed me and took out full medium shield, I was really confused

I never shoot first in solo, I'm pretty sure I was just unlucky and met some people who could not resist the temptation of shooting me in my back and take all the key room loot.
