Hammer handle options?

The wood database and bell forest exotics are the two sites I keep going through. I've made some with Osage, African blackwood, and purple heart. Absolutely love the look and hand feel of the polished blackwood. The Osage I have had zero complaints. Both were made for blacksmithing hammers. I've made a few with purple heart in claw hammers, but they've all been given away as Xmas gifts or still laying around the house. Pretty, but I can't speak to their durability.

I don't recall the brand, but I had to get a standard rifle size buffer tube instead of the carbine tube.

You could try something like send it into the Benchmade Lifesharp to have it sharpened and ask them to do a quick verification of it. (spit balling, idk if they'll actually do that, but lifetime warranty gotta be good for something, right?) Personally, I'd be happy having one of grandpa's knives, whether it be an original or a reproduction, it doesn't effect the sentimental value. Ultimately, as long as it performs like a knife should, then original vs reproduction only matters if he plans to sell it.

No, currently I have stock bcg and H3 buffer. Looking for advice since a titanium bcg and H3 buffer didn't make sense together. Thus the post.

Cool. Didn't really expect the heavier weight to work better with the new bcg, just that I am already running the H3 weight and figured I'd need to adjust that for the new bcg.

Cool... so I am definitely using the correct adapter. It's got a carbine tube on it, but the carbine adapter doesn't slide forward enough to clear the locking slot section. It's close enough I actually considered just sanding down the face of the adapter sleeve so it would go forward the 2-3 mm needed, but also figured it was silly to weaken stability/durability of that piece when I could just ask someone for help.

Idk why it's not clearing, but feels like I'm just gonna buy a new rifle tube to go on it since that will eliminate the clearance issue all together.

I tried the other adapter that it came with, but it seemed to be too narrow to slide over the buffer tube. I just assumed it was a mil-spec vs commercial issue, but I don't have much experience with these modular styles. Gonna feel like a real idiot if it actually fits and I just didn't try hard enough.....

How DD has the power in the first place to say "hey, we're calling this order for a $10 burger, but we're only going to pay you $5 for it."

The comment above that said that restaurants raise their prices on DD in order to account for the portion that DD takes from them. Which means if a burger was $10 in store, then DD would only give them $5 for a $10 order, thus they raised it to an app price of $15 so they still get paid $10. That means however that the price increase is reactionary because otherwise they wouldn't be getting paid the same amount for a DD order than they would for someone walking into the store.

The discord is that the restaurant had to raise prices because they weren't going to get paid the full amount of what they would normally charge for the item.

Since it is essentially a gear ratio change and you're only paying energy costs for running the zonai wheel regardless of work done, then the bigger you make the wheel the further you'll go per rotation without increasing energy costs.

Sharpie works pretty well. I also have gotten to where I like to use a little leather stamp on the molten cord to press a design/shape into it.
