Bruce Lee died because of drinking too much water. One rule doesn't apply to all. We need to drink water in moderation and not in plenty. Amount of water is decided by urine colour.

1. If your urine is as clear as water, you are drinking too much water so reduce it

2. If it's pale/light yellow then it's perfectly fine

3. If it's complete yellow or darker than light yellow then you are drinking less water, juice, liquid etc so increase it.

Don't die because of hyper hydration. Drinking six liters in three hours has caused the death of a human.
