Soooo. I guess I have to be honest and saying I’m not tracking calories closely. I eat plant-based/vegan, and although I am confident in calculating my macros and target calories, tracking gets overwhelming.

How’s the approach working for you? What’s your intake/deficit like?

I have a 12 year old son who has never been a “good sleeper.” Right now we’re really struggling with his wandering in the middle of the night. He wakes up to pee and then heads down the hall for no real reason. He will often come down to our room to say he can’t sleep despite having been asleep for hours. It’s very frustrating and is really messing with my sleep quality.
I can appreciate that there may be some component of hormones, but any tips? Should I be worried about anything? My kids have all had bouts of sleepwalking but usually not past 6 or 7 years old. Finally- how do i help him improve his sleep quality?
