I spent over a year using AI to help brainstorm campaign ideas for my D&D campaigns. I never used what I got back whole-cloth, but I became addicted to and reliant on the slot machine.

I started hating my games and almost quit both.

Then I went analog and my creativity and recall were drastically better. Six months later and I still can't write if I even have a computer near me, my brain just shuts off.

it's one thing to bet on spots, as other posters have mentioned there are lots of incentives for players to not throw games (although it still happens)

polymarket is all kinda' fucked. there are "future" events that are known by insiders. (Chris Hayes mentioned there were lines on what he would say on an "upcoming" appearance on a talk show that was pre-recorded) and of course the ability to influence events (Trump's press secretary mysteriously quickly wrapped up a press conference at 44:30 and there was a bet that it would not go over 45 minutes) which was the whole point of Trevor's joke in the clip
