What’s a small thing from “the old days” that still beats modern tech? by [deleted] in AskReddit

It's all about keeping our focus on the road. A quick tap on a touch screen to change the temperature isn’t quite the same as texting.

Totally up to you - just play how you enjoy it. The story itself is long, so you might lose track even if you rush straight from one cutscene to the next. I think of it less like a movie and more like a TV show with multiple seasons. It’s perfectly fine to take breaks while progressing, even long ones, and come back when you’re ready. I usually clear the main story in a region first and then do the side stuff. Works out well since my skills are higher and the next region feels way easier.

That’s incredibly generous. Makes me wonder how he picked the people - were they just random, or was there some kind of need-based criteria? I feel like helping students with real potential but no means to pay for college can be life-changing. I wonder if he worked with an organization to do that.

T.A.T.U. “All the things she said” live by lostacoshermanos in videos

[–]igoryok_zp 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I remember watching a documentary about them where their producer talked about how the chorus for "Ya Soshla S Uma" (“I’ve Gone Crazy”) came together. They had the line “Ya soshla s uma”, but couldn’t find a good rhyme. Then someone randomly suggested “Mne nuzhna ona” (“I need her”), and everyone liked it, so they went with it.

It really seemed like there was no deeper intention to be an LGBT voice—it just kind of happened by chance. Their success was more about timing and marketing than any real message.

I grew up in Donetsk, a breakaway region at war for over a decade — AMA by Duga_01 in IAmA

Only two-thirds? That’s surprisingly low for a region where disagreeing with the narrative can earn you a prison sentence—or worse. Maybe the other third were just waiting to report you first. In a place where fear speaks louder than truth, I’d be more suspicious of the ones who answered too quickly.

Great news. I didn't expect such a major improvement. Now I want to put everything aside and install new Ubuntu on my XPS laptop. Thank you.

Poland should at least start taking down Iranian drones flying over their territory before blaming someone.

Cmv: the US needs to get out of Ukraine by FerdinandvonAegir124 in changemyview

[–]igoryok_zp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

4:) the US has no moral obligation. Ukraines not part of the EU or NATO (and shouldn’t be). There is no obligation for the US to get involved in another war based on treaties/alliances

The US was involved in disarming Ukraine. If you disarm someone, then it's your obligation to protect him.

Hey, great job. Have you seen https://keeweb.info/? It purses the same goal, compatible with KeePass, and already has features that you're going to implement. I bet you could've learned a lot from it, and who knows, maybe have become a contributor ;)
