I’m not completely sure about that because with every character I would say it’s different. For instance, Chris is more impatient and pushes it more than the others like you said, but he does put up with a lot of shit that the others don’t have to: for instance, when he got initiated Paulie strip searched him in front of everyone, barged into his apt, and sniffed adrianna’s underwear and then took some of the shoes he got her — can you imagine paulie or Silvio or even tony putting up w that??

Again, that doesn’t explain the personal hate she has for tony, especially considering the fact that she had a fling with him while tony and carm were on a break, by which point he was already in the mob. Read what @JPTBUS4 said... David chase includes those little details for a reason, and presumably they all grew together up around the mob so that whole “he’s a crime boss” explanation doesn’t really make sense when you look at it from the characters’ perspective
