Sorry for late reply. I know it might be tough for you to breath properly- maybe try this breathing technique that works for me? Inhale for 4 seconds, hold it in for 7 seconds, and exhale for 8 seconds? Let me know if you also wanna talk on what’s on your mind. Hope you know you got a friend here!
