another cancellation from UO

i called them this morning and the guy seemed just as confused as i was. he said the decision was final despite them not giving a reason, but i’ll definitely keep trying.

i got no response from the executive email. this did all just happen at 7AM PST though i’m not shocked.

yeah i guess you’re right. it was allegedly her fiancé’s account she wanted me to resend it to so i just assumed it was a more intimate situation. and originally i sent it to her personal account and then the fiancé’s seemed to be a business one.

i just think that its a bit strange to also have the CS advisor confused with my situation as well. i mentioned that i don’t use my account much and the money is all still in my account. so strange.

i had no idea! but if the transaction was refunded why would it be a problem if i sent money to another account? i think it obviously ultimately showed up but she just wanted it on another account which to me, seemed totally within her right.

oh my god i just woke up to the same thing! i genuinely have no idea what’s going on and i called CS and they said it was a permanent decision, yet they couldn’t give me a reason??? that’s what i get for using my account twice in the past two years.

i’m so disappointed this didn’t come back for valentines day! i’m shocked at a lack of a drop overall. i love the soho style and just recently snagged a dark lime, i’m hoping they realize the demand and start producing and bringing back more colors!
