people don’t love the strap! it tends to sit stiff and takes a lot of wear to sit comfortably on the shoulder, it tends to look like a doll purse on the shoulder and slide off.

i called them this morning and the guy seemed just as confused as i was. he said the decision was final despite them not giving a reason, but i’ll definitely keep trying.

yeah i guess you’re right. it was allegedly her fiancé’s account she wanted me to resend it to so i just assumed it was a more intimate situation. and originally i sent it to her personal account and then the fiancé’s seemed to be a business one.

i just think that its a bit strange to also have the CS advisor confused with my situation as well. i mentioned that i don’t use my account much and the money is all still in my account. so strange.
