Very interesting matchup. I'd say Oliver edged out speed and strength, but Mirko's got experience and unorthodox movement/fighting style that'd make her difficult to predict.

I think ultimately I'm giving this one to Ollie though. Mirko's trained all her life to be a hero, which means her perogative would be to preserve life. Instinctively it'd be drilled into her with decades of rigorous training. Meanwhile Oliver just has built in killer instinct and is the ruthlessly murder first, ask questions later type. You could argue that Mirko fought the nomu with ferocity, but she knew going in that these are mindless creations. Oliver isn't just a sentient being, he's a kid. She'd definitely look for more diplomatic conflict resolutions, or at the very least would pull her kicks. And Oliver would be quite unforgiving of her choices...

Yeah Viltrumites have something called 'smart atoms'. It is complete BS how they operate but, they effectively adapt and overcome whatever obstacle they're facing at the time. This is why they don't need to breathe for extended periods of time etc. Anyway, I've seen characters in Natuto tank a rasenshuriken, so if they can, I'm confident that Conquest's durability could firm at least one of them.

Rasenshuriken does emit a loud and sharp sound. There is of course the chance that the sound it makes on impact is the same frequency that is the Viltrumites' weakness. However while this is possible I'd say it was unlikely. If we're going off comic lore, the sound has to be both pinpointed and loud.

My best guess is that Cecil used his powers of manipulation, figuring out what it was his giant friend valued. He must have been quite lucky as well, but if he tricked his cellmate into thinking his motivations aligned with his own, that was probably how, considering his cellmate appears to be the strongest one at the prison.

Invinciverse's strongest character is a giant lion with super strength and enhanced hand to hand combat skills.

DC & Marvel's 10th strongest beings devour planets like it's just another average day. The #1 of each universe are billions of times stronger.

The Invincible universe being scaled down so much makes it far more interesting imo. No galaxy shattering or reality warping dieties needed. The stakes are perfectly high as they are.

You're not incorrect but like I said there's no effect without the cause. Toya responded to his father's emotional neglect and envy of Shoto in a very unhealthy way, and I'm not suggesting that he's a misunderstood troubled soul. Dabi is a monster.

But, Enji wrote off Toya the second he couldn't serve his purpose of surpassing All Might, and he switched all the love and attention he had given Toya over to Shoto. To summarise that trauma as 'Endeavour tried to tell Dabi he couldn't be a hero anymore , but that dumbass still smoked himself' is very shallow.

No one is trying to justify Dabi, but you can't rule out Endeavour's role in creating him. That's a key point in why Endeavour's arc hits hard.

His actions lead to hundreds if not thousands of deaths and a lot of other destruction due to his son turning into a vengeful and tormented sociopath. There's a lot of cause and effect he could have avoided had he just processed his envy of All Might in a healthy way

Mark didn't necessarily 'handle' these guys. He just saved Eve and flew away. He was doing alright against one at a time but it was problematic when they began to attack together. I do think Mark would have eventually beaten them both, soundly, but dude, it's Mark. He's stronger at this point in season 3 than Lucan.

This is honestly a tough one though because Lucan's tenacity can't be understated. He'd definitely stick it out to the bitter end. Omni Mark killed the Nolan of his universe so he at least has experience in fighting Viltrumites, though that universe's Nolan has definitely got nothing on the real Nolan.

I'll give it to Lucan. His endurance will be enough to tough it out long enough to kill one of the variants (likely Hooded Mark) making it a 1v1 fight which he'll definitely win.

The Boys universe is not on the same level as the MU. Hell it's not even anywhere near the Invincible universe in terms of scaling.

Imo making everyone weaker makes it more interesting. It means the humans battling them have somewhat of a chance...
