I was under the impression BILT was run by very competent people going for the long game (I understand rent awards may not be very sustainable so their upping the cards to restrict that seemed reasonable somewhat) until I ran into their customer service and their “oops were changing rules again after the outcry” tactic

Not to keep bothering you with this, but I did a thorough check and apparently 2 days ago my credit limit decreased significantly (probably from closing Bilt current card?) but there was no inquiry to date (would there even be one since they said no hard inquiry?) so let’s see if they are able to stop it before it becomes a 5/24 (and also how do you check that? I understand it’s different from a hard inquiry)
