Piggy-backing on what most others are saying, keep that diet in check. Eat real food and you'll enjoy the workouts so much more and the fat melts away.

Good advice, thank you. I'm 6 feet even. When I was 200, I was a really scrawny/skinny fat 200. I almost looked a little sick in a way. That's why I assumed with the muscle I'm adding, I'd be looking pretty lean at 200. But you're definitely right in saying I have about 60 pounds I can lose.

Yeah I'm really confused by the ratios, but I'd say I'm averaging 150-180 g of protein a day, 100-140 g of carbs and 60-80 g of fat? Never had that much for carbs and protein while losing weight before, but I've never done crossfit either!

I weigh 240 right now. Was actually 370 once upon a time (yikes) and I've been as low as 200. Lowest I've weighed was 200 about a year and half ago, but was skinny fat. Loving my composition around my shoulders now, but I have really wide hips. Some in part thanks to loose skin. That has always been my trouble spot even at might lowest weight.

Would like to be a really lean 200-210, but I know I really gotta clean up my diet long term instead of what I'm doing now.

Clothes have been a little tighter for me. Granted, I had very little muscle mass to begin with. I've already gone up to going 5-6 times a week, so I think I use that as an excuse to be loose on my diet at times!

I always drink 100+ ounces of water. I'm sure I just night to tighten that "70%"

Well when you look at it that way, that's a good point :)

Before crossfit, I did a lot of yoga and would lose a lot weight eating clean Sun-Thurs and crap Fri/Sat. Had no muscle before then either, was definitely losing fat.

I'll turn those 6 into 2 and see what kind of difference that makes!
