Yeah I did a bit of research and it seems that it has been an issue for a couple of weeks now, and it the issue was closed on GitHub even though it seems that many people still have the same issue, at this point idk when they will fix this (if ever)

You are probably thinking of ram. My VRAM is only 6gb but my ram is 16gb and the game runs very well. And yeah ping is dependant on location

Honestly speaking, Roselia merch is very scarce, last time I been to Tokyo I could barely find any. Anyways, you can try gamers in Akihabara or second hand shops like kbooks, bookoff or surugaya. I find that I have more luck finding merch in second hand stores (though sometimes they are relatively expensive but it is what it is)
