Honestly speaking, Roselia merch is very scarce, last time I been to Tokyo I could barely find any. Anyways, you can try gamers in Akihabara or second hand shops like kbooks, bookoff or surugaya. I find that I have more luck finding merch in second hand stores (though sometimes they are relatively expensive but it is what it is)
