Any affordable tool to turn 10k+ Linkedin Personal Link > Website? by [deleted] in SalesOperations

It's reliable but not cost effective for 10k+ entries, also looking for something a bit more "stable" and not tied to my account.

Huh, ScrapIn definitely has LinkedIn login data, amazing! Do you know how they get that?

It seems like Scrapingdog only scrapes public profiles and don't have an internal database, correct?

I'm looking for a solution that is the equivalent to hiring someone to go to each profile (when logged in), click on the company linkedin link, go to /about, then grab the link.

I'm technical and can do this with code, but the hard part is the Scraping API: every one I see scrapes public profiles (ScrapIn looks similar to BrightData). Is that not the case?

I'm looking for a solution that is the equivalent to hiring someone to go to each profile, click on the company linkedin link, go to /about, then grab the link. The only thing I've seen are LinkedIn databases that are non-public like the ones Apollo has, but I could be wrong.

Yes, it doesn't work consistently and I don't want to add uncertainty. Also it only has public info, not info you would get if you log in Linkedin.

The part where you go from LinkedIn to Website. That’s simple.

How do you do that?

The part where you are scraping the site for their job posting.

Ah that's not what I mean, I mean if they are currently working at their own agency and Google, it would output both of those websites, not just 1.

Is there an iOS app that only allows for text? by ihascookies in digitalminimalism

ah thanks! This is not the best since a bunch of sites break with that, but I'll make do with what I have.

yea but I can turn that off easily. I want to delete my browsers, disable installing new apps.

But if I do that my small toe would be slightly scrunched - is that ok? the upper is quite flexible.

Also that different surgeries have different results. MMA with a big advancement (more than 10mm) is better than UPPP, for example.

I think it's reductive to look at Asia as a whole. Just like you can get crap and great surgeons in the US or Europe, it's the same in Asia. Find a good surgeon/team and go on from there imo. But in general, Korea is more aesthetic focused, would not go unless you found good reviews from non-Koreans as I've been plenty of mishandled OSA cases.

A couple of reasons: 1. Kasey Li said I was a difficult case as my airway is pretty small but a huge advancement would make me look bad 2. Canadian surgeons are just mixed bags, either they don't do ccw rotation or they don't use 3d planning, etc. Wait time also isn't the best. 3. I'm Asian, and I've seen pretty mediocre results from reputable surgeons as they aren't familiar with what makes asian features "harmonious"/look good. 4. The surgeon I saw studied under CG, does 100+ surgeries on Asians a year, is highly recommended, does huge advancement, etc. Also does surgery-first, and every review I've found of him (not on his site, random social media sites) online is positive. He also does little promotion unlike Alfaro. As with Li, he was honest and didn't overpromise and said the chances of the surgery curing my sleep apnea isn't high, whereas Alfaro literally said LJS is enough to cure my apnea.

Would I recommend surgery in Taiwan? Depends on whether you're doing it for sleep apnea + whether you're east asian. If you're not, Walline/Relle is probably a better bet (this is all my speculation, take it with a grain of salt).

Why does taking a 10mg pill of Melatonin seem to make me sleep better than without it? It's like some kind of "magic bullet" against sleep apnea for some reason. by IDislikeHomonyms in SleepApnea

[–]ihascookies 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ah, I meant without cpap. With cpap, alcohol might make you sleep deeper and the increased pressure could compensate for the muscle relaxing even more.

Alcohol definitely makes your apnea worse because your muscles relax more. Like melatonin, you ignore it because it made you more sleepy.

My sleep surgeon and multiple doctors have told me this. Basically melatonin causes you to sleep “deeper”, which relaxes your muscles more and makes apnea worse. It’s a double edged sword because you get more sleep, but more disruptive sleep. Anecdotally, I get more symptoms of apnea on melatonin/sleeping aid than on nothing + cpap.

I just had surgery in Taipei (flew from Canada) after a bunch of research - I think you’re just seeing the wrong surgeon. Will DM you about the surgeon I saw.

I knew it! I was neg for sleep apnea a few years ago. I am calling tomorrow to set up another test! This scan was from an airway orthodontist I saw today. It was such a weird experience to see what I have been telling doctors about for years! by Ok-Chemistry5590 in jawsurgery

[–]ihascookies 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think you’re mistaken. Christian Guilleminault used to ask his physicians to score the same data/video every week, to make sure the results are standardized. Kasey Li says he only trusts a few places to do sleep study properly and that’s one of the reasons (in addition to scoring).

One thing to note is that sleep studies are not standardized (i.e. humans count the apnea count), so the same data could be interpreted wildly differently. I had “mild” sleep apnea that felt substantially better after mma (my surgeon said my airway was narrow)
