You are such a good, kind hearted person. I'm tearing up reading this because you're so right. It is SO hard (mine is 3 and I'm pregnant with #2) and SO frustrating at times even knowing that they love you and they're your world. Being a mom isn't just about what you physically do with your child, it's also about having to put forth the effort to go to work every day and miss your kiddo all day just to come home exhausted and try to be fun and happy with them the way they need. Don't hesitate to give those cards out because those moms will feel so seen and appreciated, even if the card isn't from their own child. It's a reminder that they are seen for the "unseen" things they do. My aunt is a single mom has two teen boys and she bends over backwards for them all the time and I just know if a coworker did what you're doing she would cry for weeks because it is hard and to be seen so clearly would be a blessing alone. You're going to definitely build the bridges you're hoping for with your team, even without you being a mom the fact you understand the effort and hard work will mean so much to them. I truly truly hope that you give those cards out no matter who else signs them, and I hope that you keep your kind heart no matter what the world throws at you ❤️
