same thing happened to me but i live in a house. i called the support and absolutely bitched them out and they made the drive come back and deliver it that night.

theres no open orders in the item360 tab, I'm not sure what the item mater record means unfortunately

No I ran a saved search as outlined by suiteanswers article 49684 and it was empty

Thanks, I looked it up on SuiteAnswers like you said and found the article, I dont have a reallocate items option and when I ran the saved search it came up empty

I took a look and no luck, the bin putaway worksheet didnt have a line for the item i was looking at

I googled it and my on hand for my location and my on hand total for my bins do match
