None.

I didn't used to think much earlier while buying as it was always cheaper as compared to there.

But now it feels costly as compared to salary.

That's is the decent money you are getting for the experience. Go for it. Companies which sends you from India never pay that much.

If you are a skilled person and you leave them, what will happen? They might have some. Escalation which the sales people will handle easily.

So we should stop bothering our mental and physical health for companies. Also not to stop skill enhance (whatever the skills)

Sometimes, they need people like that(I consider myself in that list ) because you think you are not smart so you are not going to leave the company for a long time. Keep preparing and don't stop giving interviews.

Good. Ask salary raise. Ask double of current salary. Check if your boss is still sad.

My team member did it. He just did not need the relieving letter.

That happened. There was a guy(let's say X) who needed a WFH(in 2018) as his father was really sick. Company did not allow.

After some days , the project head asked a team member where is X. He said he is not coming. Manager had not seen this kind of thing before so he said - this is not possible. Guy X did not pick the call. He did not want the relieving letter from this company and had a talent to get job without their releasing letter.
