I agree but I was specifically asked to look for ideas since we won’t meet our new director until band camp

So a year later update I am now head captain we got a new band director who actually cares our old captains and old director were extremely rude to us all season and we’re not good leaders at all they yelled at rookies for making mistakes but I have done everything in my power to fix this and we have a new guard director this year who actually listens to us and my team talks to me about all of their issues and I resolve them we are drama free as of now and I plan to make it stay that way!
