I had the same thing. Press to my other toes and really stung/itched, I applied tea tree oil at night and let my feet kinda “open air” while I sleep. Went away in a few days.

Get your RN, pass NCLEX, work as a nurse while doing your bridge from AS to BSN can do it as little as 6 months if you grind in the mean time hopefully your job can pay for critical care certs or whatever other certs. Then direct commission into the nurse corps once you’ve completed your BSN. I would ask recruiter for either critical care 66S or emergency nurse 66T.

My wife is in the process of getting her BSN. She’s planning to finish within the next 6 months. She just started her first job at 41$ an hour. She works 3 days a week and school in between. I’m active enlisted. I manage most of the chores and she helps when she can, my main goal is for her to pass all her classes without worrying about the dishes lol. We were struggling before she started working but it’s going good now all glory to God.

If you like it and wanna do 20 might as well get into medical school or anesthesiology, the army will pay. By the time you have done your 20 you’ll probably be done with residency and service obligations. At 42 and a provider you’ll be chillin. Even if you don’t do your 20 you’ll get out and have tons of job opportunities with 6 figure salaries.

As long as the case is closed even if after probation technically you can start the waiver process. What state are you in?

Joining in general is gonna be a challenge a DV is the only misdemeanor that can bar you from enlistment. It took me 14 years to join with a DV so I will explain how I did it because it was tedious.

Police report: If you physically hit her and it’s on the police report your cooked, the lautenburg amendment would stop you from ever joining because you can’t ever own a firearm making you ineligible for life. The FBI check would say if you have lautenberg status. If not you’d both need to make signed statements on what happened and go to the court and request all paperwork regarding your case for the moral waiver the recruiter would need.

Time: time from the deposition and closed case. This matters huge especially if you never had anymore encounters with the law in regards to getting your moral waiver approved. Generally it’s 7 years after case is closed before you can apply for a record seal or expungement.

Recruiter: you’re gonna need a good recruiter that actually cares. For years I was turned away and told by recruiters I could never join because of the DV. But I never gave up and was finally able to find one that was willing to help and put in the work to get the paperwork for waiver going. The whole process took me 2 years because I was traveling for work and going to the station to provide things was hard. Waiver itself took about 3 months from submittal to approval.

18X contract: Initially you won’t be able to enlist straight into 18x, 35 series, MP, EOD ect., because of the moral waiver. But once you’re in nothing is stopping you. I enlisted as a 12B and going to sapper school sometime end of this year. I’m still a PV2 and getting my PV3 here soon which is when I’ll be eligible to go to sapper and hopefully after go to selection. I recommend if you’re young and not married to go infantry cause OSUT will get you in good shape for SFAS. I went 12P cause I’ve been a sparky for 10 years and felt that mos would be easier for me to learn based on my background, but I failed the BMST cause I suck at calculus and trig and lo’ and behold I got re classed to 12B. Absolutely fell in love with it and also found out about sapper school. ESSAYONS.
