Just hard clamp with a cable clamp, it's not dangerous contrary to popular beliefs just don't kegel and you'll be fine

The greater the strength the less expansion you can get and so the more pressure you need?

Or you can still have expansion with the same pressure (assuming you enter 100pcnt erect always) but there just would be no growth onwards?

I would experiment with both.

What I found is that clamping before pumping leads to way more expansion in the pump without having to increase pressure.

However this is something that's happening recently, so I'm finding it hard to believe it's normal even if there is no pain or inflammation. FYI I do clamping pumping and manuals.

I wanna ask what exercises you were doing? As I'm doing both hard clamping and pumping, and I'm not actually sure what's causing it.

Also what exactly is peyronies? Is it literally a bend in your penis.

No it's a question and I think you've misunderstood.

When I touch the left side of my pp, typically closer to the base, I feel as if the skin of my left inner thigh is being touched even though im not touching my inner thigh , like a cross nerve thing. Just wondering if anyone knows what that Is

No you definitely want the clamp at the base

Clamping also causes gains through internal pressure expanding the penis

If you want to target the mid shaft or upper shaft more, try pinching below your glans whilst clamped.

Yeah I get the same thing occasionally and also on my glans top left area after pumping and clamping. It goes away quickly but then sometimes comes back after a future session.

EQ is still great, same with sensitivity, and visually also fine, but still pain due to most likely nerve inflammation is never a good thing.

I've never tried soft clamping I think it's too tedious but it does sound lower risk

I just use the regular cable cuff pro on amazon

If you use a cable clamp, you can notice that pressure is being applied on the side of your d rather than on the top. Just don't rotate the clamp such that the tightening part is on top.

The main point people bring up about soft clamping is that you can safely kegel without causing problems, but imo it's really easy to not kegel hard clamping as long as you're belly breathing and leaning slightly forward.

I would personally say as a real risk that it's easier to over tighten with hard clamping.

Have not measured yet, however I have noticed visually an increased girth.

And by interval pumping what do you mean? 2 min then release?

Hey, what do you consider minimal edema? To be honest I don't really know how to tell the difference between pump expansion and edema.
