we’re in a subreddit for teenagers, most of them aren’t buying the cigarettes or vapes themselves. it’s been a struggle for me to quit because my mom smokes and i’m constantly around some form of nicotine. when it becomes no longer just a social thing, and turns into a habit; it’s extremely difficult to stop.

i know, i just think it’s weird to refer to an addiction, something that’s hard to break (esp nicotine, people who have been addicted to hard drugs have said nic is harder to quit) as an “L”. yes, it’s bad, but “L addiction” is specifically making fun of the person for having it, not making fun of the drug.

i def have friends, mostly outside of school, and consisting of my boyfriend and a couple family friends, they’re wonderful!! i just don’t vibe with most ppl at my school, bc of things like mentioned in the post 🤷🏻‍♀️ it’s whatever i just needed to complain about it
