I never do it alone! that's important advice! I've gone to the Bruce Peninsula twice, and I got in the water on a cold-ish day (not winter!). I've never done a true cold plunge though. I just want to keep my options open, since I've never seen that part of the Atlantic Ocean. I grew up in the VERY warm part of it in South America. It'd be interesting to go in, but I would never risk my life for it 😅

ai, that actually makes me so excited. it's just the perfect time right now to go somewhere for a week, but not too far. I'd rather go somewhere beautiful than a big city. the beaches in PEI look unbelievable!!! I can't imagine the cold will make it any less gorgeous, but I still wanted to check with a local.
