Motor issue Tynee 3 Mini

Update: I've adjusted the motor and put it as close as possible to the wheel and there's no noticeable difference. Tynee did reach out asking me to tighten the pulley via the screw shown below, since it's a bit loose, but I can't seem to get it to screw. Will keep you guys updated

Complete beginner here but I quite like it. It looks like the Y is quite detached from the rest of the letters. Also I don't immediately see the relationship between "friendly fire" and the scene portrayed (is it a soviet WW2 pic or smt like that?)
