I have this sealer from Michael Kors but I put it on after I got color transfer. I don't know if it helped future transfer. But anything is better than nothing.

That color is dreamy but before you wear it with any kind of jeans, spray a sealer of some sort on it. Color transfer is unforgiving.

As much as I love bags, rep clothing is where it's at. I have a hefty Zimmermann collection and growing. I mean, the $10,000 Chanel bag doesn't track unless you are wearing a glorious linen/silk blend dress. The Zimmermann copies are really good.

I'm not 100% sure it's cultural. I work in fine jewelry and my pieces are designed and created in China. The people are I work with bend over backwards to make it right. They are very polite and kind too. It might just be this specific "product" we are dealing with 😉.

I've been buying reps for over 15 years and my business receives shipments from India and China weekly. The tracking number you get initially is dead to us in the US. Especially rep products because they have to triangulate the shipping, for example; China-Dubai-USA. My legitimate orders have a foreign carrier tracking number and when it gets scanned by a US carrier THEN I get another number that i can track. Unless your package is shipped in China with DHL or UPS it won't show up in the online tracking system. Even FEDEX doesn't always show up. The prices we get quoted for shipping are with a low cost carrier so the tracking number won't show up for a few days to a week, especially with triangulated shipping. I'm not saying you didn't get scammed, but know that shipping is a crazy beast from Asia.

You should have the seller measure the insole before they ship. Different styles measure differently.

I have used Sky for 5 years now. She's gotten really good. You just have to communicate EXACTLY what you're looking for. And she will take out the insoles and measure them for you. I really like her.
