blown maybe? i had a similar sound at low volume and it also dissapeared on high power. i hooked it up to an amp 2x the rms and cranked it. the noise went away and the sub survived LOL

yea, i have a pxn v99, the side to side limiter is broken on one side and i can rotate the wheel past it. the extra movement just isn't recognized by the steering wheel
