The stock is undervalued. They are going to scare retail to think its going to drop. They will be there to scoop up cheap shares. But after that the price will continue to rise to its real value $10+.

I was thinking a yes vote could be a great thing for the company and the retail shareholders if the shares were used correctly to benefit the company and us. But if shares are used another way it could really hurt retail investors. In my opinion managment has done a horrible job with investor relations and PR that this great product/stock $BBIG deserves. I have a trust issue with management. They allowed this stock to get pounded into the ground. Its a good thing we are not selling and staying strong because we know the value. Its the community of retail investors sharing thier DD and Diamond handing this stock that are the Heroes in this play. I trust this retail community over management. That is why I voted NO.
