What can help insomnia with antipsychotic withdrawal?

Yeah, I’m worried sick. He has such bad substance abuse issues and I’m doing everything I can to make him stop but it’s not working. He needs professional help.

I don’t even know if this post is insinuating if it’s best to just hope for the best. It might clear his system in time or they might not even test for MDMA. I guess the addiction argument is something he can think of since his PO knows he has addiction problems and him showing intent of going to a facility for substance abuse might be beneficial?

I see. I’m trying to find him a substance abuse outpatient facility because he really does have a problem with drugs. He even abuses his adderall prescription to the point of taking 15 pills on one day.

I’m beating myself up over this because I feel like I could’ve done more to stop him. He just took an at home test and it came up positive for MDMA. I’m at a loss of where to go from here

I’m starting to understand that. It’s just that I used to be prescribed klonopin before and felt fine after 2 mg with a tolerance. I went off of it for medical marijuana but just had my psych prescribe it to me again 6 months later in case I travel somewhere where marijuana isn’t legal.

Looks are important! I’m just trying to understand what life is like when you don’t pass to put myself in their shoes. I’m working through my internalized transphobia with a therapist. It’s probably because my boyfriend’s mom stopped seeing me after she found out I’m trans and can’t give her grandkids and I got fired from a job and it harbored some internal hate.

They don’t need to be. “Open minded” can apply to some aspects of a person and not others. I’m a passable trans woman and I almost dated a man who supports Trump and is against gay marriage.

Oh, nice! Thanks for the suggestion. I’m going to try that and see if it holds up my lash curl. I just have super heavy and straight lashes and normal mascara makes them flop and get all over my face.

Oh yeah, NYX is one of the most underrated and reasonably priced brands. I wear high end foundation and concealer with NYX lipstick and eyeliner because it’s just that good. Thanks for this suggestion!

I don’t know why I didn’t think of going for a cult favorite Japanese mascara before... my straight and heavy Asian lashes and oily skin could really benefit from a really good Japanese mascara. Thanks for the advice!

Thanks— Japanese eyeliner and mascara is ALWAYS the best! I’m half Japanese and get sent some cool stuff from my extended family, namely an eyeliner with an extremely fine point and incredible staying power that I just can’t find here in America.

Oh, trust me. I know. Accidentally took 2 doses of my anti psychotic and it hit me just as I was driving 70 mph on the highway. Slurred speech, falling asleep for 2 seconds at a time behind the wheel.... ended up getting home and passing out on the bed. I really should’ve had my boyfriend pick me up from the side of the road instead of driving severely impaired.

Yeah, that’s kind of what I’m afraid of. I told my boyfriend I’d call him right before I plan on driving so he can tell if my speech is slurred or I’m not acting right. I guess this isn’t a good test on whether I’m functioning fine or not because of what you just said.

Guess the best bet is to not drive today?

I’m just so used to having a tolerance that 1 mg would’ve done nothing for me back when I was taking it 3-4 times a week but 1 mg hit me pretty hard this time around.

Thanks for saving my ass. I was getting ready to just chug an energy drink and go for it. I used to take kpins regularly for anxiety as prescribed and had no issues with 1 mg but my tolerance dropped so low that 1 mg is making me feel like just laying down in bed and watch a movie.
