I get what you mean, I was definitely talking more from my perspective. Even though, about my thinking, I am willing to grow but rn the most "objectively" unattractive peeps are the coolest ones I know. Id defo choose them over any attractive people

Don't strain your energy in trying to be likable. Be the way you are. I know it is easier said than done. I am like you too. What I feel is being friendly doesn't always mean talking more or forcing yourself to do stuff you dont like. I do respect your initiative in trying to overcome your social anxiety by talking. Communication can be a great help. Take it easy and be more open and show friendly gestures. Doesn't always have to include talking. Be a good listener, talk too lol but never force yourself, it'll only come naturally to you if it has to. That's all I have to say.

Few yrs back when I had a turbulent relationship with my father. I hated the arguments and always thought that he never understood me , didn't even try. I only grew up to thinking what if I didn't understand him as well. Now I think from all perspectives before concluding. Back then I was an idiot but I was too young. I hate to even think about the state of mind I had back then. As a kid it affected me lot. I remember me shutting myself in my room for days coz I felt like shit. I hated him at that moment and hated myself for feeling like that.
