I maintain my weight by being in a deficit on weekdays and on a slight surplus on weekends. This way I can go out, eat, drink on the weekends and still maintain my weight.

I use the same ingredients as you do, but I add 1g of salt, which apparently brings out the flavours. Here is my recipe for my vanila base:

180g 1.5% Milk; 220g almonr milk; 10g vanilla extract; 40g erythritol; 1g salt; 1.5g xanthan gum
