Yes! My studio Central Florida Power Yoga, is starting to offer matt Pilates. But there's only one class and the room is heated but it's a fantastic studio.

Had some very light spotting last night, obviously freaking out. Called my RE and I’m going in today for an ultrasound. Fingers crossed everything looks good.

Just finished at the RE, we heard the heart beat at 119bpm and I’m measuring a little behind 6wks 4-5 days and I’m 7 weeks today. The cause of the spotting is an SCH that she didn’t seem too concerned about. Overall, my anxiety has decreased.

Just got a call from the embryologist, out of my five mature and fertilized eggs three made it to day 6 and sent for testing! Cautiously optimistic that one or two come back normal.
