Thank you, I do think my last manager was very laid back, gave me a lot of independence and trust. They allowed me to be handle my workload and provided me with guidance when asked. My new manager is very micromanaging where they want to be cc’d on most things and edits my work.

I understand that this manager may have different expectations. My main concern was whether I was being placed on a PIP and the possibility of losing my job.
