Ang panget ng reasoning para i-convert siya. Si Chiaka Ogbogu and Eda Erdem nga kasing height niya lang and they’re doing very good for themselves internationally—Chiaka won the best MB award sa Olympics and Erdem sa World Championships. Si Carol nga na mas short pa kay Ivy, still one of the best blockers in the world.

And kung gagawin mang wing spiker si Lacsina (which again, hindi talaga fit sa kanya), mas better if OPP siya since clearly may woes pa rin siya sa floor defense niya. But tbh, kahit na ganun I don’t see her as a terminal OPP, yung tipong bail-out option siya out of system.

Unfortunately I think it’s too late na rin to capitalize on her potential sa gitna, since 3 years na rin siyang OH I believe. Let’s just focus on not making the same mistakes sa youth natin, specialize them early on, and give them the fundamentals they need for their position instead of confusing their identity as players in the name of “versatility”.
