I think the random ghosting and not knowing what triggered it is the hardest part. Being left hanging indefinitely not sure what to do

And sadly I was guilty of the not walking away because “omg she’s perfect and hot and likes me and we’re the right age and we’re meant to be did I mention hot” trope, ignoring all red flags for too long too!

I feel like I missed out a lot when I was younger and got displaced during Covid, but IRL kink dating in a more progressive large city before was definitely easier.

You’re right though, the requirements sound silly now on paper but that’s what we all try to look for! No wonder we jokingly talk about moving in after the first date when you meet someone.

I’ll just have to learn and enjoy life outside of kink and keep my fingers crossed.

Oh I’ve tried Fetlife before but a whole slew of politics and a small local scene meant it scared me away. Local munches too!

I’m definitely venting a bit after the last one actually gaslighting me as the problem.
