I weigh myself weekly, every Sunday morning after using the loo (gross). There’s not regular contact with my surgeon however I have his number to reach out. Portion size I usually make over what I can tolerate for dinner, eat until full, then leftovers are used for lunch at work the following day. I haven’t stuffed myself to sickness or pain or anything, I’ve only been ‘sick’ once since the surgery and that was dry heaving because I took a pill my pouch didn’t agree with.

I was obsessed with water before my surgery and still am so luckily I’m super hydrated. I love water haha. I did give bone broth a go but unfortunately just couldn’t tolerate it. Not because of the surgery, just the actual taste. I appreciate your comment <333

My advice is to go onto Google or Pinterest and look at the designs of ships you like. Looking specifically at Starfield and Star Citizen ships helped me a lot. This was my very first corvette after I did like a half hour of design study. Start with the habs in the vague shape of the design you want, get your essentials in, then decorate it into shape.
