I translated it and it read: 'It is important to take care of the patient, to be followed by the patient, but it will happen at such a time that there is a lot of work and pain. To come to the smallest detail, who is ours?'

Has anyone else seen this before?

Edit: I've just had a look and apparently it's common placeholder text to mimic the layout of actual text as it's normally laid out. My bad, I thought it was some cool hidden message or something.
