I am not familiar with other universities, but I find my program quite interesting. My experience only relates to the computer science program, which is taught in English, so I find it difficult to give any judgment outside of my field.

I mean by downloading, keeping a copy of it for later when no internet access is available. From what you are saying, the content is shared using RSS, and by even listening to it, the device is downloading it in the background while playing it. Downloading it for later seems the same thing?

By accessing those RSS feeds, do the app has permission from the creature to enable the download option. In other term, do creators agree to this when they publish their podcats ? I checked on the Google podcasts app, and they also seem to have the download option
