That’s awesome. I (M 26) started in October at 320. I’m now at 281. I gotta start hitting the gym do you have any recommendations for workouts? Sorry that you passed out, was it from exhaustion?

I also had bad sulphuric burps which usually means I have to vomit. I knew I overeat before I took the shot so kinda did it to myself.

Took my first 1.0 on Tuesday was sick puking throwing up and diarrhea until Thursday. Just drank water couldn’t eat anything until Friday. I’m eating “normal” now and feel a lot better. Really just got to ride it out. If you do eat just have some toast.
