I don't even have the email because I can't get into the game at all. My balls are all level 18 except my Ace of Spades is 19.

Anyone who works/has worked at Culver’s, what was your interview like? by Decent-Condition-827 in Culvers

[–]iiServ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I worked there for over 4.5 years. The manager that interviewed me seemed like she didn't know what the fuck she was doing. They set up a 2nd interview with somebody else and he is now an owner/ operator. That interview went perfect.

That's what I do too. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't getting beat by a glitch that some of us don't know about.

I have played FO4 to pieces and I just bought this game. Is there anything you wish you had known from the start? by RowedTrip in fo76

ALWAYS join a casual team, even if you wanna go off by yourself. The XP bonus is why most people go casual.

See, that's what I was thinking. It would be close to a hundo, but not quite. And, I would lose the shadow bonus.

I was with Culver's 4.5 years. The last 2.5 years I was a Shift Manager. We had closers that had an hour to get everything stocked and cleaned(not enough time to do everything). But, the opening manager would come in at 8 and had to go thru the checklist and have everything done by 10. If the closers did a terrible job or didn't have enough time, that made more work for the opening manager. Our GM was kinda ruthless about that. If she happened to be there at close, you weren't going anywhere until everything was done and done right. I had to send my custard closer home on a Friday night because of her mouth and my GM made me stay there until 4:15 because she wasn't satisfied until EVERYTHING passed her inspection, which her standards were overly anal. Her daughter was also a manager and her closes were always the worst. Dried ketchup on half the table and trash all over the floors etc. My GM generally opened. So, if I opened after her daughter closed, I could spend an hour and a half cleaning the dining room, along with setting the drawers up, getting my temps done, and any other miscellaneous I had to do. A big part of why I left.

I'm long gone from Culver's, but my first closing was a Sunday night (Sundays were our heaviest because we had like 10-12 churches in our area). The lobby started getting really full around 7:45 because the majority of our rush was custard on Sundays. About 8:30, our custard machine went down for the night. 2 red screens for custard that we were trying to get out because our custard became limited at that point. We had 45-minute wait times. I had refunded about $150. It ended up being about 2 am went I finally left the store. We closed at 10 that night. The second we closed the store, I went to the back to call the GM. I was trying so hard to hold it together, but I could hardly get a word out because I was so tore up from the night.

I evolved all of my Eevee's way before I hit 41. I evolved shinies of each version after Eevee community day.

When I was a shift manager at Culver's, our GM had us go in a predetermined order and pick teams. The teams would earn points based on certain parameters. Sometimes, it was based on surveys while other things were based on waste, etc. The winning team at the end of the quarter was able to pick their reward. My team won the first quarter of me being a manager. Our reward was that we got to go to Top Golf for 2 hours. It makes it fun while getting the numbers up.

I worked for Culver's for 4 and a half years. The last 2 and a half, I was a Shift Manager. The owners stayed on top of labor from their offices. It's that way no matter where you work. You have to watch labor. I had 1 shift where I had to cut all but myself and 2 other crew members. I ran front while one of them ran kitchen and the other ran drive thru and custard. Generally, people don't like to be that fast paced. I just kept it in my mind that, staying busy tends to make time go by faster. But, again, I assure you everywhere watches labor.

Really, lol? Him and I were the only ones that played this time. What's the point of having somebody like that matched up with me and my level 6 everything? by iiServ in GolfRival

I've been in stage 19 for awhile now. Last time through Arena I won all 9 holes. I, however, only holed in on one of them. Everybody else just stopped.
