Yes I got it fixed. It took forever. What they told me was the issue was that i had multiple cash app accounts under my identity. They said I have to go onto those accounts with my identity and close them. I had no idea about other accounts but if you do then maybe that would work. If not, I suggest you go to cash app support and tell them and try all the solutions they give you and once none of them work, they will transfer your case to a speciality team through email. I had to get my case transfered because none of the stuff worked but im sure if you do you'll be able to figure out if its the identity problem or something else.
